Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• Other Cities: 5–8 business days

• Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges will be applicable for re-shipment.

Every Moonmaaya saree is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch to ensure it reaches you safely.
