Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Moonmaaya, every saree is thoughtfully handpicked with great care to ensure quality and craftsmanship. We hope you love every purchase you make with us.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged product.

  • You receive an incorrect product.

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Your request must include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • A continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened

Requests received without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.

Conditions for Return

The product must:

  • Be unused and unworn.

  • Be unwashed.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in its original packaging.

Moonmaaya reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Incorrect selection of colour, fabric, or design.

  • Minor colour differences caused by photography lighting or individual screen settings.

  • Natural irregularities in handloom, handwoven, handcrafted, hand-block printed, hand-painted, or artisan-made products. These variations are inherent to the craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, ironed, or damaged after delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges, gift packaging charges, and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchange

If the requested product is available in stock, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund.

If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed after successful inspection of the returned product.

Moonmaaya reserves the right to make the final decision regarding return, exchange, or refund requests.
